flickr gets me on the l word
Kind of. More like it got my friend Renee on the pre-L word show. I just snapped the photo.
Here’s the background: A couple of week’s ago someone from the network found this photo I shot of Renee with Leisha Hailey from an autograph signing and asked permission to broadcast it during a special they were planning. Last night Showtime aired the special preceding the series finale and sure enough the photo filled the screen.
If you are like me and don’t have Showtime (or don’t indulge in the guilty pleasure of the L word) here’s the clip, the photo is the second one in the montage.
You just never know where Flickr will lead. Incidentally, this other photo I took of Leisha and Kate Moennig from the same event is the second “most interesting” photo on Flickr when you search for Leisha.
Maybe this is my motivation to get back to taking more pictures…
