starbuck… (and abby)
i’ve given in and become a complete battlestar gallatica convert. it was only a matter of time really… now i’m part of a whole new subculture.
in the meantime, is it just me, or does starbuck bear a striking resemblance to abby wambach?
at the very least they are similarly looking dyke icons… strong, tall butchy blonds who happen to be the leading protagonists in their respective squadrons.
and i’m clearly not the only one who see’s their cultural eminence:

as for wambach’s status, all you have to do is google to find all the throngs of dykes rumoring, writing fan fiction and adding her to their “hottie lists”…
bottom line. they both make great television. (and i miss the wusa.)
